At SRC, we want your rental experience to be a positive one. We strive to be above board with our rental policies, rental items availability and rates, delivery scheduling and cost, as well as providing a high quality product for your event.

SRC Policies

At SRC we want to make sure that there are no misunderstandings about your rental experience. Please read  our Policies carefully. If you have any questions, please ask us for clarification. Our standard delivery and pickup is Monday – Friday (except Wednesdays) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. For Saturday and Sunday 9:00am and 3:00pm. Delivery charges are based on a combination of distance and total cost of the rentals as well as the time specific window for our arrival or pickup. Delivery rates start at $60 per order.

Will Call

Depending on the size of your order, we do allow customer pick up for most items. If you are picking up your order you will need to make sure you have the proper vehicle to accommodate the rental items and straps to secure loads. We allow you to pick up rentals the day before your event and ask them to be returned the day after your event.
