Large Orders and Scheduling Appointments
Large orders (orders of 100 guests or more) may necessitate an appointment for pickup and return to accommodate the volume and ensure preparedness on our part. An SRC associate will contact you prior to your event to schedule your appointment. This allows us to dedicate the necessary resources to assist you promptly. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
Missed Appointment Policy
A $100 missed appointment fee may be applied if the scheduled pickup or drop-off is missed by more than 15 minutes. We understand that unexpected situations arise but during busy season it is crucial that we make the best use of our staff to serve all of our customers the best we can.
Changing Your Scheduled Appointment
Should you need to change your scheduled appointment, we require 72 hours notice to accommodate this change without penalty. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and staffing effectively, ensuring we can serve all our customers with the high level of service they expect.
Confirmation and Communication
Your scheduled pickup and drop-off times will be communicated over the phone and confirmed via email. This ensures you have all the necessary details in advance of your event.
Responsibility for Securing Loads
It is the customer’s responsibility to bring their own tarps and straps to secure loads. While we assist in loading, securing the load for safe transportation is crucial. Our equipment must remain dry and protected throughout the rental period, including during transport. Please be prepared with tarps, especially for items sensitive to weather, such as wine barrels, wood tables, and chairs.
