To Our Customers,

With the growing concern about the coronavirus (COVID-19), especially in our own communities of Nevada County, we understand you may have concerns regarding your upcoming events.

Our first priority is always the health and safety of our customers and employees. With this in mind, we want to put your mind at ease and explain all that we do to maintain a healthy workplace and the additional safety measures we have put into place since learning about the spread of coronavirus.

First and foremost, the cleaning process for all of our rental items is and always has been very thorough. From tabletop items to linens and furniture, we wash, sterilize, and package all of our rental items in compliance with our very rigorous cleanliness standard. All of our rental items are guaranteed to be clean, and if you ever feel like they aren’t up to your standard, please reach out to us and we will make it right. Our showroom is also routinely cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom. Since learning about the spread of coronavirus, we have also provided our employees access to additional cleaning products so that they can periodically sanitize their work stations throughout the day.

Secondly, our staff is always asked to keep a clean and professional appearance, which includes frequent hand-washing and staying home if they are feeling ill. Since learning about the spread of coronavirus, this policy has been enforced to a higher standard. If an employee is showing any signs of illness, he or she is immediately asked to go home to recover. We have also asked that every employee wash their hands frequently for at least 20-30 seconds, and avoid touching their face.

Lastly, we do understand if you don’t feel comfortable visiting us at our showroom location. But we encourage you to take advantage of our other methods of contact. You can use our website to browse all of our rental items as well as pricing, and give us a call to place or edit orders, make payments, and confirm deliveries.

While we are confident that our communities will get past this trying time and be stronger for it, in the meantime we want to do all that we can to ease the stress on our customers and our community.

From now until June 30th, we are altering our rental policy to allow paid deposits to be transferred to any event held in 2020.

We hope this flexibility will help you and your families feel comfortable planning for the future. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for any clarification.
