Bounce House Policies

  1. Rental Period: The rental period shall commence on the date and time agreed upon by both SRC Event Rentals and the Customer and shall end on the agreed-upon date and time.
  2. Equipment Delivery and Set-Up: SRC Event Rentals shall deliver, set-up, and take down the Equipment. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that the location where the Equipment is to be set up is level and free of any sharp objects, debris, or other hazards that may damage the Equipment.  (NOTE: If your required rental period is outside of our normal business hours/days, a delivery fee will be added to your order.  Delivery fee based on distance and timing and will be a minimum of $100)
  3. Safety Protocols: Customer agrees to follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by SRC Event Rentals for the use of the Equipment. In addition to the information set forth in this agreement, customer acknowledges that there are safety and operating instructions on the Equipment delivered and agrees to read those instructions and operate the Equipment, or allow the Equipment to be operated or used, in accordance with those instructions. These safety protocols include but are not limited to:
    • Maximum Patron weight is 160 lbs
    • Minimum Patron height is 36” | Maximum Patron height is 72”
    • Maximum number of patrons at once is 7 and not to exceed 750 lbs
    • Customer shall not allow any person who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs to use the Equipment.
    • Customer shall not allow any person to engage in any behavior that is likely to cause injury to themselves or others while using the Equipment.
    • Customer shall not allow any food, drinks, sharp objects, pets OR SILLY STRING inside the Equipment.
    • SILLY STRING causes irreparable damage to bounce houses. Customer acknowledges that If SILLY STRING, or any product like SILLY STRING damages the bounce house OR damages the bounce house in ANY WAY then a $2900 fee shall automatically be imposed by SRC Event Rentals and shall be immediately due and payable by Customer.
  4. Payment: Payment in full is due prior to delivery of the Equipment.
  5. Cancellation Policy: If Customer cancels the rental more than 72 hours prior to the rental period, the deposit is non-refundable, however – a ‘rain check’ will be issued and can be used within 1 year on another date where the Equipment is available. If Customer cancels the rental less than 72 hours prior to the rental period, no refund and no ‘rain check’ will be issued.
  6. Rain or Wind – if sustained winds reach 15mph or if it rains (or if the threat of rain persists) on the rental date – SRC Event Rentals reserves the right to cancel delivery of the Equipment. In case of a weather event – a ‘rain check’ will be issued and can be used within 1 year on another date where the Equipment is available.
  7. Release of Liability:
    • Customer agrees to assume all risk of injury or damage to themselves or their guests while using the Equipment.
    • Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SRC Event Rentals and its employees from any and all liability for injury or damage arising from the use of the Equipment.
    • SRC Event Rentals shall not be liable for any injury or damage to the Customer or their guests or any other third party arising from the use of the Equipment.
  1. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Equipment is located.
  2. Customer assumes responsibility for the Equipment as outlined in the SRC Rental Agreement (Attached) during the entirety of the rental period.
  3. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
