SRC Party Center Policies
RESERVATIONS
To ensure the best service and reliabilty we do not accept reservations over the internet. We require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is placed.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery rates are quoted based on first floor delivery to an area accessible by our delivery trucks. In order to avoid additional charges, all equipment must be ready for pick up where they were dropped off by the time our drivers arrive.
BREAKAGE
Customers will be charged for breakage at the replacement cost of the item.
